Guy M. Gravett has been a Realtor specializing in land transactions since 1986. He became Principal Broker in 2004 after purchasing Farms and Acreage, Inc. from his mentor, Verlin W. Smith, who was an active realtor for over fifty years.
Guy, a Virginia native, graduated from Florida State University in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate.
Guy’s work has included helping to create and implement a disposition strategy for such high profile projects as Moorefield Station and Arrowbrook Centre.
Farms and Acreage, Inc. offers individualized service to both buyers and sellers. The team researches each property in the context of the marketplace and presents a range of options to the landowner. This enables the client to make well informed decisions about their property which suits their specific needs.
In 1986, Verlin was joined by Guy M. Gravett who purchased the company when Verlin retired in 2004. As the firm’s owner, president and principal broker, Guy continues to operate in the civic minded tradition established by its founder. He takes pride in the unique, customized marketing approach that is offered to each client by the sales team which includes Pete Ebert.
Farms and Acreage, Inc. is a full service real estate brokerage which has been serving Northern Virginia for over a half century. The company was founded in 1957 by Verlin W. Smith.
Paul “Pete” Ebert started his real estate career in 1991 as Land Acquisitions Director for Gateway Partnerships and joined Farms and Acreage, Inc. in 2004. Upon receiving his license in real estate, Pete sold and acquired large land tracts for commercial, industrial and residential investors.
Pete has served on various governmental boards and commissions for Prince William County, Virginia that focused on parks and land use projects.
